Lathes Model TCD630B, TCD656B and TCD668B are full-function horizontal CNC lathes with two axes simultaneously controlled by semi-closed loop. Each machine comprises one-piece slant bed, and the configuration of the bedways has an angle with horizontal, which is of good rigidity and facilitates chip removing. The moving surfaces of saddle slide adopt plastic guideway plates or rolling guideway, which are of small friction factor and good dynamic. Besides standard CNC system, some other top quality CNC systems from abroad can also be adopted according to the customers' requirements. These machines are easy to operate and run reliably. The imported spindle motors are of high power, high torque and high speed. And these machines can turn sorts of shaft shape and disk shape parts. Independent automatic chip remover, cooling system and intermittent automatic lubrication system are comprised in these machines. These machines are equipped with Italian BARUFFALDI electric rotary turrets, so they have high indexing speed and accurate reliable positioning. For the machines' appearance, industrialization profiling designing is adopted. Full enclosed guard is adopted by the machine, with sliding door in the left and control panel in the right. The artistic but unaffected profile embodies fully the man-machine function. High rigidity, high efficiency, low noise and reliability are features of the machine.
