CK53/CKX53 series CNC single column movable vertical turning machines and vertical turning, boring & milling machines are the super heavy duty equipment for machining large components. The machines adopt SIEMENS CNC system and can be also equipped with other CNC systems according to the customers' requirements. They possess of the features of high machining accuracy, flexible operation and wide function, etc. The table of CKX53 series machines are of automatic indexing and clamping functions. The rotation shaft is built-in the tool head & ram and can carry on turning, milling and boring after fitting on the relevant attachment.

The radial of table adopts high precision double-row short roll bearing to center, the axial of table adopts constant flow hydrostatic guideway with "pump per pocket". |

Main gearbox adopts two mechanical shift and is driven by vertical DC motor. |

The crossrail is equipped with the relief rail and is elevated with hydrostatic relief leadscrew. |

The toolhead is moved by the backlash-free pinions, and the ram uses ballscrew to move. The guideway are the preloading constant flow hydrostatic guideway with "pump per pocket". |
