CK52 series CNC vertical turning machines and CH52 series double column vertical turning centers are suitable for large components machining in the industries of heavy duty machinery, power generation, shipbuilding, metallurgy and mine, etc.

CH52 series machines are equipped with 12 positions tool magazine and automatic tool changer. 

 

Structural Features

v

The movement of tool head and ram is carried out by ballscrew nut. The crossrail is equipped with the relief rail for supporting the tool head weight and reducing the deformation of crossrail.

The tool head and ram are driven by AC servo motor. The feed has two kinds of table perrevolution and perminute.

The main drive is driven by wide field control DC motor of two stage mechanical shift. 
v

The table adopts the preload constant flow hydrostatic guideway with "Pump per pocket" and is centered by high precision roll bearing.
v

The main machine can be equipped with the various CNC systems manufactured by different countries.
