CNC machine model CK61100C adopts the CNC system of FANUC 0TC of Japan, the machine is full function CNC lathe, which can machine the internal and external cylindrical surface, arc surface, taper surface, end face as well as various threading. The machine is suitable for batch machining shaft and disc. Parts with big model, complicated shape and high precision requirements in automobile, tractor, metallurgy, and shipbuilding industries. Both the guide precision and the use life are improved by the adoption of guideways, which are coated with steel and anti-abrasion material. The spindle adopts the tri-support structure and high precision bearing. The shaft of tailstock adopts import high precision bearing with display device to the prop forces. The vertical or horizontal tool turret and tool index system can be supplied. Standard configuration: spindle 3 grade stepless speed change, horizontal 8 position tool turret, manual 4 jaw chuck and mechanical tailstock.
